To begin this article I’m
gonna tell you a little bit about him.
Craig Ferguson has made something of an art of lowering expectations about himself and then sneaking up on his audiences, almost unawares, and worming his way into their heart. He's been unknown a long time so that obscurity has, in a some ways, turned into his greatest asset!!
Craig Ferguson is an
actor, comedian, screenwriter, film producer, composer, producer and television
host American of Scottish descent, born May 17 (I’m born may 6, coincidences?? Lol),
1962 in Glasgow (Scotland, United Kingdom) and naturalized American in 2008. He
leads since 2005 the television show The Late Late Show aired on U.S. network
CBS. It gets very prestigious Peabody Award in 2010 for this issue.

He began his artistic
career as a drummer in the rock band Exposure in the late 70's before joining
the rock group depunk The Bastards from Hell,
later renamed Dreamboy, with whom he performs regularly in Glasgow from 1980 to
1982 . This group was lead singer Peter Capaldi, the same one that prompted
Ferguson to become actor.

During the filming of Drew Carey Show,
Ferguson spent his free time between each scene to write. He wrote and starred
in three films The Big Tease, Saving Grace ( I saw this
movie, really awesome) and I'll Be There, a film he also directed and
for which he received the Audience Award at the Aspen Festival. "I'll Be
There" Went there to Receive the Audience Award for Best Film at the
Aspen, Dallas, and Valencia film festivals. Craig was also named "Best new director" at the Napa Valley Film Festival. Ferguson's other film credits include "Niagara Motel", "Lenny the Wonder Dog", "Prendimi l'anima", "Life Without Dick", "Chain of Fools", "Born romantic" and "The Big Tease".
Craig Ferguson also serves on the board of the Lollipop Theater Network. The mission of the Lollipop Theater Network is to bring movies that are currently in theatrical release to hospitalized children facing chronic and life threatening illness nation wide.
The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, a talk show that everyone love!
During his talk show, he talks about lot of stuff, celebrities, personal stuff...

During his show, he always opens his monologues by saying "It's a great day for America, everybody" and he always smacks the side of the teleprompter on the camera at the beginning of his monologues. He tears the card with questions to shreds and tosses it as he begins each interview. And of course he use his fucking awesome humor. (Yeah I said it!)
DOES THIS NEED TO BE SAID??
" I wanna try something I don't normally do... I'm going to try to tell you a joke"
"I promise, I'm going to get to this joke..."
In "Craig Ferguson: Does This Need to be Said?", filmed at Nashville's Polk Theatre, Craig tackles everything from profanity and celebrity to politics and culture. It is the first of those things that provides the largest laughs.

The show ended with a reenact by Ferguson, Saladin and Arnold of the infamous Britney Spears "Oops I Did It Again"
I have to tell that it’s
impossible to not enjoy someone who have this humor. Ferguson not only
enjoys being able to say whatever he wants, he also enjoys sharing his wry
observations with the audiance. Craig ferguson's standup is kind of his Late Late Show monologues but much spicier and his energy and humour are so great that you can't take your eyes off him. There's a good reason why he's the King of the Late night television and everyone who saw his shows knows exactly why.
Craig Ferguson and French people! The King came to our city!

"He inspires me, but my show has nothing in common with his show" Arthur said and adding "I don't have the same sense oh humor."
Craig Ferguson is unfortunately unknown in France, I have to say here in France, talk shows are often regarded as an American concept and we only have one show like that in France, it's Ce soir avec Arthur (So thanks Arthur for that).

If you're an American talk-show host who discovers your late-night program in Los Angeles is being copied by an imitator nearly 6 000 miles away in Paris. You could write threatening letters in hopes that your doppelganger finds new material. Or you could do what Craig did and invite your copycat into your show. This is WHY Craig is a genius!
So here is a long article about a man who inspire me everyday, and I never gonna stop watching his show, I'm telling you i'm addicted to this show! He just makes my days. By the way I always studying his shows at my school (I'm a student in a school for medias, and I'm studying American medias). So Craig never stop to make us laugh, you have a gift! So never stop to shine! In January I'm leaving Paris for New York, I'm gonna live my American dream during 6 months, maybe I'll do my internship in CBS who knows?! And this summer I'm going to LA, so I'll do my best to be in the audience! So Craig be ready!! and to conclude this article , IT'S A GREAT DAY FOR AMERICA!
